Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analytics to join our Lahore team. In this role, you will play a critical part in reconciling and transforming complex data from multiple lenders, designing and optimizing ETL processes, and creating visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Excel. Your expertise will ensure data integrity and drive actionable insights that underpin ClearGrid’s mission to modernize debt resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Reconciliation & Management:Reconcile diverse datasets from various lenders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Work with complex data formats and transform raw data into standardized, actionable insights.
• ETL Development:Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to streamline data flows and improve overall data quality.
• SQL & Data Analysis:Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Dashboard Design & Reporting:Create interactive, visually engaging dashboards in Tableau to monitor key performance metrics in real time.
• Develop comprehensive reports that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Excel Expertise:Utilize advanced Excel functions (such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) for data manipulation, cleaning, and reporting.
• Automate routine data tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the data analytics framework, ensuring it remains aligned with ClearGrid’s evolving technology-driven approach.

Requirements:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years in data analytics, data reconciliation, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, with a proven ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data cleaning, automation, and reporting tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes.
• Analytical & Communication Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
