- Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL) and familiarity with Gen AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Expertise in fine-tuning large language models, prompt engineering, and optimising RAG-based solutions.
- Monitor, optimise, and ensure scalability/efficiency of AI models in production environments.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts and excellent problem-solving abilities in both independent and team settings. Implement innovative tools, techniques, and frameworks to enhance AI and analytics capabilities
