ibex. is seeking a Data Specialist to join our Global Reporting & Analytics team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis of the operational activity data from revenue and direct labor cost perspective for all current clients in ibex.
- Adhoc reporting of data pivotal to the business owners.
- Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem.
- Managing team entrusted with various data scrubbing, managing and reporting tasks and making sure quality and accuracy is being met.
- Basic SQL based tasks; querying data, uploading and managing data and tables.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Build data models using Power Query
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SQL querying; should have basic understanding of SQL
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from various departments
- Good reasoning abilities, troubleshooting & sound judgment skills
- Tactful, mature, flexible, people-oriented
- Ability to create a harmonious team environment and interact respectfully in a calm and professional manner
