The ideal candidate will have experience with WhatsApp Business API, chatbot development, and system integrations. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate WhatsApp-based solutions using the WhatsApp Business API.
- Design and implement chatbot functionalities for automated responses and user interactions.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and create tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with external systems
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the solution.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application for seamless functionality.
- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration techniques.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and containerization.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with WhatsApp Business API, chatbot development tools.
- Knowledge of retail industry processes like inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse management, and Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or POS systems.
