Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data/Document Controller, located in Rawalpindi. The Data/Document Controller will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of all important documents and records related to projects and operations. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, overseeing records management systems, ensuring effective communication of updates and requirements, and collaborating with team members to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
• Strong skills in Records Management and ensuring proper organization of data and files
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring clarity and accuracy in information sharing
• Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically
• Proficiency in using document management systems and related software
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
