Your Impact

You will support the design and implementation of transformation programs across a variety of industries. Your role will focus on contributing to the delivery of long-term impact, including but not limited to: capability building, organizational structure improvements, operational excellence, supporting transformation office setup, digital transformation, restructuring execution, turnaround execution, M&A post-merger integration, and similar initiatives.

In this role, you will assist in managing project workstreams to execute transformation programs, such as operational improvements, KPI implementation, and cultural change initiatives. You will contribute to the preparation of workshop materials, support the implementation process, and collaborate with project teams that include consultants and senior client stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with your team to ensure alignment on project goals and provide support to client employees as they build new capabilities.

You will be involved in the execution of strategy and impact delivery, working under the guidance of senior team members. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, conducting analyses, and preparing materials to communicate updates to clients and internal leadership. You will have the opportunity to develop trust-based relationships with clients and contribute to delivering results, while learning to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leaders. This role will also allow you to develop your professional skills and leadership style by leveraging your strengths and values.

You will also contribute to internal initiatives that support the firm’s growth and development. Based in our Karachi office, you will work on transformation projects that help clients address their key challenges and achieve their goals. Experience or exposure to transformations, manufacturing, or engineering processes will be helpful in this role.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
• 2+ years of project delivery in consulting for manufacturing, financial, or engineering industries; digital or international experience is a plus
• Understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within industries
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following key service offerings is a plus: organizational development (including org. design/set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (implementing large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement
• Strong analytical problem-solving and relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Urdu
