Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and scaling of our core SaaS platform with a hands-on approach.
- Drive engineering excellence, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure scalability using modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver high-impact AI/ML features.
- Oversee code quality, technical decision-making, and system security across teams.
- Identify and implement best practices for reliability, fault tolerance, and system performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and build a high-performance engineering culture.
- Act as technical sounding board and strategic partner to the CTO
- 10+ years in software engineering with proven leadership in high-scale SaaS environments.
- Expert in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar), databases, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.
- Solid track record of building and shipping B2B SaaS products in agile environments.
- Deep understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and security practices.
- Strong grasp of product thinking, customer-centric design, and agile delivery.
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in AI/ML, identity verification, fintech, or compliance platforms.
- Exposure to MLOps, data engineering, or privacy-focused architecture.
