Purpose

A resource who has an analytical mind skewed towards fintech, data analysis and dashboard management/report creation, preferably with experience in a tech firm/App development team. He/she will work with a core team , creating reports where KPIs are tracked, splicing data, and presenting the same with clear strategic thought on way forward. The resource should have good communication skills as will be liaising with research agencies, App managers and internal stakeholders. Experience either in marketing research or tech/fintech.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Support line manager to deliver and execute campaigns/collaterals for Marcomms teams.
• Ensure timely communication support for reporting analysis of content engagement to enhance impact.
• Creating dashboards for weekly updates on all KPIs – measure, monitor, report
• Identify opportunities and strategise to enhance App engagement, Circle movement and Super creator
• Assess CSAT reports and maintain tracker with departments on the milestones identified
• Liase with Nielsen or other research agencies in creating reports that are granular
• Liase with Covalent or activation agencies
• Attend trainings to learn the latest best practices for communications
• Do required AZM and KE trainings for development
  
  

Education & Relevant Experience

Marketing Graduate with experience in statistical data analysis in digitally immersed environment
