You‘ll make an impact by:

In this role you will be part of Process Automation Solution Department that focuses on providing innovative solutions to customers of process industries, also it helps in developing your knowledge, skills, and experiences. The position is based in Karachi, Pakistan but will be responsible for project execution nationwide. The role further includes

• Oversee the execution of multiple automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Provide guidance in designing and implementing advanced process automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
• Lead Project team for basic and detailed engineering of Distributed Control and SCADA system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to project scopes, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Drive the integration of emerging technologies, such as IIoT, Industry 4.0, and digital twin solutions, into automation projects.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity across projects.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and safety.
  
  

Your success is grounded in

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or a related field).
• Familiarity with Greenfield and Brownfield project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience in Process Automation, including project management and team leadership roles.
• Expertise in Siemens automation technologies (e.g., SIMATIC PCS 7, S7 PLCs, WinCC SCADA, SITRANS, etc.).
• Good Knowledge of Siemens Redundant System, Safety Systems, SIL Standards and Hazardous Area classification.
• Experience of whole project lifecycle from Project initiation to Project closing.
• Experience with Siemens Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Process Safety/ESD systems.
