• Arrangement and Management of long term financing Coordination with local and foreign banks for resolving their queries in relation to the due diligence Executing periodic payments of long-term financing facilities are made on the due date Maintenance of records of foreign and local financing payments Monitoring of covenants under the long term financing agreement and reporting of same on or before due dates Inter departmental coordination for resolving day to day matters
• Foreign remittances Analysis of foreign remittance cases with respect to the guidelines of FE Manual Preparation of foreign remittance cases for submission to SBP for approval and regular follow-up with bank for arrangement of approval Negotiating Exchange Rates with bank for Foreign Remittance. Posting of foreign payments in SAP and maintaining all payment record for timely reporting
• Operational Activities: Resolving queries of external auditors for the completion of annual audit. Coordination with banks on day-to-day basis for resolving their queries and getting any information needed.
• Accounting & Budgeting Reviewing the calculation of markup sent by financial institution Calculating budgeted finance cost for long term financing agreements. Posting of markup, principal repayments, drawdowns and fees due under the long-term financing
• Treasury Deliverables: Preparation of various reports on need basis. Preparation of monthly treasury bulletin
