Experts Communication is looking for a Design Sales Closer-Front to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in design services, with a proven track record of closing deals, handling client negotiations, and maximizing revenue. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and business development skills to convert leads into long-term clients.

Salary: 90,000 - 200,000 PKR (based on skills and experience) + Attendance Allowance and Uncapped Commission

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Identify and qualify potential clients interested in design services
• Engage in outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
• Close deals by effectively communicating the value of our design solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or related fields
• Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Proven track record in handling high-value sales transactions
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Five working days (Saturday & Sunday off)
