Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and designing custom interiors, including furniture, color schemes, and fixtures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of design trends, materials, and products in order to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop and present design proposals to meet the client's needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of design projects.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively reaching out to potential clients and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to enhance sales strategies and improve service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective customer interaction and sales.
  • A flair for design and interior aesthetics with the ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of design software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the design or retail industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

  • Creativity and an innovative mindset to offer fresh and exciting ideas to customers.
  • Basic business acumen and understanding of market trends to support sales strategies.
