Design-Upseller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upseller to join our sales team, focusing on the web and design domain. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and seizing opportunities to upsell our web and design services to both existing and prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of web and design solutions, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Target: $10k to $15K

Salary: 180k to 300k

(company maintained car depending upon target)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upselling Web & Design Services: Engage with existing clients to identify their needs and propose additional web and design services that enhance their business.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective upselling strategies to consistently meet or exceed the monthly sales target of $5K.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the web and design industry to effectively communicate service benefits to clients.
• Negotiation: Confidently negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
• Reporting: Track and report upselling activities, client interactions, and sales performance to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates with an O/A Levels background are preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially within the web and design domain, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales
• Familiarity with web design and development concepts
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
