Ready to be the architect of chaos-to-order transformation? We're seeking a masterful DevOps Engineer who sees complex infrastructure challenges as opportunities to innovate. Picture yourself as the conductor of a technical symphony, harmonizing multiple acquired products into a streamlined AWS ecosystem where 99.9% uptime isn't just a goal—it's the standard.

This isn't your typical "keep the servers running" role. We're looking for someone who gets excited about consolidating diverse tech stacks, optimizing database architectures, and implementing AI-driven automation that makes traditional DevOps work obsolete. You'll be the driving force behind infrastructure evolution, armed with the authority to make decisive changes without drowning in red tape.

If you're the kind of engineer who finds joy in untangling technical knots and building elegant, automated solutions, you'll thrive here. But fair warning: if you prefer maintaining the status quo or need step-by-step guidance, this role isn't for you. We're seeking a technical maverick who can transform infrastructure chaos into a well-oiled machine while keeping everything running smoothly during the process.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate sophisticated infrastructure transformations, seamlessly migrating legacy systems into modern AWS architecture
  • Design and deploy intelligent monitoring systems and create next-generation automation solutions that anticipate and prevent issues before they arise
  • Take command of critical operations including system health monitoring, backup management, incident resolution, database operations, and strategic cost optimization

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Drowning in endless status updates and meetings - we empower action over documentation
  • Playing caretaker to legacy systems - you'll be leading the charge toward modernization
  • Navigating bureaucratic mazes - you'll have direct authority to implement critical fixes
  • Operating in isolation - this role demands both strategic vision and tactical expertise
  • Battling for resources - we prioritize infrastructure excellence and back it with investment

DevOps Engineer Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the evolution of our cloud infrastructure ecosystem by implementing cutting-edge monitoring systems, intelligent automation solutions, and AWS best practices across our diverse product portfolio.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven mastery of AWS infrastructure (essential - we exclusively operate on AWS)
  • Advanced programming capabilities in Python or JavaScript for developing sophisticated automation solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and migrating diverse database environments (MySql, Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL)
  • Professional-level container orchestration skills with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
  • Expert-level Linux systems administration capabilities
