Digital Marketing Associate

Role Summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, SEO optimization, and data-driven strategies. This role focuses on creating engaging content and supporting project launches in the telecom and tech industries

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans, project launches, and business priorities.
• Ensure all online assets, including the company website, blogs, and social media platforms, are optimized for design, content, and SEO performance.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with digital marketing goals and customer journeys.
• Plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Utilize A/B testing and other analytics tools to refine campaign performance and drive ROI Analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
• Generate detailed monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio, including campaign effectiveness, traffic insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the telecom and tech industries.
• Recommend innovative approaches to digital engagement, focusing on upcoming projects like cloud services and connectivity solutions.
• Develop strategies to attract, engage, and nurture leads through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications.
• Oversee the digital launch strategies for future projects.
• Highlight the unique value propositions of each project through targeted campaigns.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the telecom, cloud, or tech industries.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and A/B testing frameworks. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Ability to handle data analysis and convert findings into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. A creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to life in the digital space.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities to create engaging and relevant content.
