What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth. You’ll manage and implement multi-channel campaigns, craft engaging content, and use data-driven insights to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, email, social, paid).
• Create high-quality content for social media posts, email newsletters, ad copy, website pages, and landing pages.
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain and update content calendars for brand consistency and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies for blogs and website content.
• Optimize conversion paths and landing pages using A/B testing and analytics insights.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other creatives to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activity, and platform changes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with content responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio or samples of content created for web, email, ads, and/or social media.
• Proven ability to write compelling copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative, you enjoy wearing multiple hats.
• A love for data and storytelling, with an eye for brand voice and user behavior.
