Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (B2B & B2C).
  • Expertise in social media marketing, email campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM/email tools.
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of ad platforms like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, user engagement, and campaign optimization.
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across PPC, email, social media, and display networks.
  • Lead performance tracking, analyze KPIs/ROI, and generate actionable reports using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Manage and grow B2B & B2C presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Drive content creation, influencer campaigns, and communication strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage email marketing funnels and ensure regular, high-impact communications.
  • Monitor market trends, tools, and competitors for ongoing improvement.
