About the role This role works closely with the Marketing Manager in developing, editing, and growing digital marketing campaigns across the Orthant software portfolio. From creating engaging content to analyzing campaign performance, this role contributes to our brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts. At a high level, this role will create HubSpot email campaigns and workflow automation, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO for main websites, and various digital content like blogs, landing pages, digital PDFs, and social media posts across the portfolio

• Create compelling content for various digital channels like social media, blogs, and email.
• Assist in creating campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insight and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, content creation tools, and marketing software (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
