(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing
- Creating training content in different digital formats.
- Organizing the content in digital platform (LMS or similar).
- Analyzing employee engagement with the content and identifying improvement needs and lack of knowledge of the employees to be addressed.
- Connect with the training coordinators and lead the needs of adapting the in person content to digital formats.
- Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and results.
- Identify new needs and improvements opportunities based on data and feedback from the trainees.
