Job Overview:

The Head of Digitalization will lead the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, driving the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and increase overall business value. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and the ability to integrate digital solutions across various departments and functions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Digital Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals, focusing on innovation, automation, and business growth.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital transformation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Digital Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Manage cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing business operations.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, Blockchain) to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and drive digital business models.
  • Process Optimization: Identify business processes that can be optimized through digital tools and automation. Lead process reengineering initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural and operational changes within the organization to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies and methodologies.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Oversee the implementation of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Ensure the integration of analytics platforms to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure that all digital initiatives adhere to industry standards for security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
  • Continuous Innovation: Monitor and assess the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending new approaches that can enhance the company’s digital capabilities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital technologies (Cloud, AI, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, CRM software, and automation tools.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and driving strategic digital initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital transformation with overall business goals, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management, including experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex digital solutions to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve challenges effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certifications in Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources for large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and customer experience technologies.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 – Rs400,000.00 per month
