We are hiring a Document Processing Executive with expertise in data extraction tools and Excel. The ideal candidate should efficiently extract, validate, and refine data while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data using tools like Lead411, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Skrapp.io, Adapt.io, and Reply.io.
- Cleanse, validate, and organize data in Excel with advanced formatting techniques.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all tasks.
- Achieve a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM for high-volume data entry.
- High expertise of data validation, duplication, and email verification process.
- Updated knowledge of latest data extraction tools will be plus advantage.
Qualifications:
- Up to 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Proficiency in data extraction tools and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Must be a Graduate.
