Driver

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for official purposes. The driver will also be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle and complying with all traffic laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive staff, management, and authorized personnel for official duties as assigned.
• Ensure timely availability due to office residency requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, and tires.
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage, and fuel records.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational driving policies.
• Immediately report any accidents, damages, or mechanical faults to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading and unloading of official materials when required.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, fitness certificate) remain valid.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding official movements and organizational information.
