Leadership Programme Ambassador & Event Coordinator

About the Role:

MarCom Private Limited is recruiting Leadership Programme Ambassadors for the launch of Soul Safari Leadership Intensive — a premier global leadership development experience. This role offers hands-on involvement in sales, coordination, and event management, working directly on high-impact leadership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell leadership training slots to corporate and individual clients

• Coordinate event logistics and participant management

• Conduct corporate outreach and field meetings in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

• Assist in on-ground event execution and coordination

• Work closely with the MarCom and Soul Safari management teams

Who We're Looking For:

• Final year students or recent graduates (any discipline welcome; Business/Marketing preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own a laptop and smartphone

• Willing to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi for meetings
