We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be critical in managing the TrendTrove online store, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
Store Management
– Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
– Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates.
– Regularly update the inventory and ensure accuracy.
Fulfillment & Operations
– Oversee order processing and fulfillment.
– Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Marketing & Advertising
– Plan and execute online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
– Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
– Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and promotions.
Analytics & Growth
– Analyze sales performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
– Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales and engagement.
– Research industry trends to keep store ahead of the competition.
Qualifications Essential
– Proven experience in eCommerce management (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms).
– Familiarity with online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
– Knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Experience with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
– Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
