About The Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage customers, generate leads, and drive conversions using automation tools and data insights.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across customer segments
• Design email templates that are visually appealing, mobile responsive, and optimized for conversion
• Develop and manage automated email workflows (e.g., welcome, onboarding, re-engagement)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate reports
• Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring data hygiene and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions
• Integrate email campaigns with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Identify segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email template editing
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or Looker Studio)
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, lead scoring, and funnel management
• Understanding of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
