Job Descriptions:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Manage and grow the email subscriber list while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam laws.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for better engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve results.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (a plus).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance guidelines.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Prefered Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B email campaigns.
