Job Descriptions:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Manage and grow the email subscriber list while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam laws.
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for better engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve results.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1+ year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (a plus).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance guidelines.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Prefered Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B email campaigns.
