Email Marketing Manager (E-Commerce)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative CRM Marketing Manager for our client’s email marketing team. This role involves creating messaging, coding, and executing email campaigns, as well as managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing strategy.

• Oversee a team of email marketers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Create and implement lead generation programs to increase the company’s subscriber base.
• Ensure Email and SMS marketing campaigns align with marketing strategy and business goals.
• Create and optimize email templates using HTML to ensure they are visually appealing and function correctly across various email clients and devices.
• Oversee and help execute Email and SMS deployments.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
• Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive and engaging email content.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
• Generate and present detailed reports on email and SMS campaign performance to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize email campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.
