Job Title: Product Category Manager
Location: Onsite, Lahore Pakistan (some travel required)
Reports to: Marketing Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Category Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our existing product portfolio under the health and wellness brand. This role focuses on maximizing the success of products post-launch, ensuring they continue to perform well in the market by optimizing various aspects, including inventory management, industry trend analysis, and best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Management & Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the existing product portfolio, focusing on sustained growth and market competitiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform product strategy and ensure Lifepro products remain at the forefront of the market.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize out-of-stock situations, and manage product lifecycles effectively.
Product Launch Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of new product launches, ensuring they align with overall brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate pre-launch activities, including setting KPIs, developing go-to-market plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch.
Content Development & Ad Creative:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of content for ongoing product campaigns, including ad creatives, product videos, social media assets, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistent brand messaging and compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Landing Page & Product Detail Page Optimization:
- Manage the optimization of landing pages and product detail pages for existing products, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven improvements to continually refine page performance.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Lead the development and execution of ongoing marketing campaigns for existing products, ensuring they align with broader brand strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide detailed reports and insights on the performance of existing products, including analysis of sales trends, market reception, and customer feedback.
- Use performance data to inform future product strategies and recommend adjustments to improve product success.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-specific marketing activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication between marketing, creative, e-commerce, and external partners.
- Engage with influencers, media, and other external stakeholders to amplify product visibility and market reach.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, specifically within DTC CPG e-commerce brands, with a focus on product optimization and lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing product portfolios post-launch, driving sustained success and market competitiveness.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, including content development, ad creative, landing page optimization, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
