Company Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Expert with over 1 year of proven experience in managing and optimizing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing targeted campaigns, increasing engagement, and driving conversions through effective email marketing strategies.

Job Description:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Manage and grow the email subscriber list while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam laws.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for better engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve results.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (a plus).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of email deliver ability best practices and compliance guidelines.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Preferred :

• Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B email campaigns.
