About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team of 6-8 AI engineers and research scientists, directly shaping the future of Motive's road and driver safety perception technology, developing industry-leading ADAS-like features such as forward collision warning, collision detection, unsafe lane changes, distracted driving, etc. Your primary mission will be to transform cutting-edge AI research into robust, production-ready features, driving the development lifecycle from initial concept through to successful in-field deployment and continuous optimization.
You won't just manage; you'll inspire, mentor, and empower. This role demands a leader who thrives on both technical depth and people development.
