This is Persivia’s architectural vanguard role, shaping global AI healthcare infrastructure. The Enterprise Architect operates from Lahore but influences systems deployed across the U.S. and Middle East, working with top-tier clinicians, AI scientists and engineering leadership.

About The Role

The Enterprise Architect defines the end-to-end architecture for Persivia’s global AI healthcare ecosystem spanning applications, microservices, data, AI/ML, security, cloud, DevOps and national-scale public health systems. This is a systems-of-systems role requiring exceptional design, leadership and architectural governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Leadership
• Own Persivia’s enterprise architecture blueprint.
• Define domain-level architectures across clinical, analytics and AI systems.
• Ensure alignment across PK, U.S. and Saudi teams.
• Translate business strategy into scalable architecture roadmaps.
• Platform, Data, and AI Architecture
• Architect AI-first healthcare intelligence fabric including ingestion, analytics, AI agents and real-time decision support.
• Oversee multi-source healthcare data integrations (FHIR, HL7, claims, labs, devices).
• Design high throughput, low-latency systems for millions of patients.
• Systems-of-Systems Engineering
• Define integration backbone for microservices.
• Establish standards for communication, concurrency, fault tolerance and reliability.
• Drive composable, event-driven and domain-driven patterns.
• Security, Compliance & Resilience
• Lead secure-by-design architecture aligned with HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, NIST, HITRUST.
• Ensure auditing, explainability and regulatory traceability.
• Architect multi-region HA/DR strategies.
• Governance & Technical Authority
• Lead architecture review boards.
• Approve designs, migrations, major integrations.
• Mentor leads, senior engineers and future architects.
• Enforce standards for CI/CD, testing, observability and code quality.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration
• Work directly with U.S. and KSA teams.
• Ensure compliance with regional requirements and data sovereignty.
• Support global platform evolution.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years engineering, 5+ years architecture.
• Mastery of distributed systems, microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD) and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in AWS, local hosting, multi-region deployments, AI/ML integration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulated environments.
• Experience architecting high-volume, mission-critical platforms.

• Healthcare, fintech, gov-tech or national-scale systems.
• AI agents, vector databases, LLM pipelines.
