Job Description:

1. Core Technical Skills

• Enterprise Architecture (EA) Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate. (Flexible)
• Cloud Computing: On-prem or AWS, Azure, GCP—experience with scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• API & Microservices:

o Designing scalable API architectures (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

o Microservices with Kubernetes, Docker, and API gateways.

• Security & Compliance:

o IAM (Identity & Access Management), Zero Trust Security.

o Compliance with insurance regulations (IRDAI, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• Integration with Core Systems:

o Legacy modernization strategies for core insurance platforms (In-house applications, SaaS appplications).

o RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for workflow optimization.

2. Business & Domain Expertise

• Insurance Broking & Risk Assessment:

o Deep understanding of underwriting, claims processing, customer lifecycle.

o Experience with AI-driven risk analytics & fraud detection.

• Digital Transformation:

o Agile & DevOps adoption for digital insurance platforms.

o Omnichannel experience (Web, Mobile, Chatbots).

• Stakeholder Communication:

o Ability to align technical strategies with business goals.

o Experience in working with C-suite executives and product teams.
