About this opportunity:

We are now looking for an EHS Specialist, who will be responsible for ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) governance across our operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining compliance, risk assessment, and process improvements, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. You will also contribute to Ericsson’s success by implementing EHS policies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with teams to enhance safety standards and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Review and approve monthly site inspection plans (both physical and remote).
• Assess the effectiveness of digital EHS checklists and recommend improvements.
• Conduct quality checks on 5% of daily site inspection reports to ensure high standards.
• Ensure all ASP breaches from inspections are reported and addressed.
• Oversee EHS technical assessments and onboarding for ASPs.
• Validate 20% of ASP EHS plans and risk assessments.
• Investigate noncompliance issues with EHS officers and data input teams.
• Monitor NRO EHS KPIs and suggest action plans for improvement.
• Participate in ASP governance meetings and support their implementation.
• Track and report project EHS governance implementation to key stakeholders.
• Ensure new projects have EHS plans and risk assessments in place.
• Prepare CU EHS governance reports and presentations with accurate data.
• Evaluate and report on project EHS officer performance.
• Step in as a project EHS officer when needed.
• Provide coaching and direction to EHS teams.
• Follow up on ASP performance and EHS process deployment.

The Skills You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance standards and risk management.
• Experience in site inspections, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Analytical mindset to assess KPIs, reports, and compliance metrics.
• Ability to coach and lead teams, ensuring high-quality execution of EHS processes.
• Problem-solving skills to address noncompliance issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for EHS reporting and assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align with various teams.
