Job Description

We're seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to support the implementation of ERP Next at our group Companies, ensuring successful configuration, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably ERP Next or similar reputed ERPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ERP Next modules (Finance, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ERP Next solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP Next.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and develop system specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users during implementation and post-go live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with ERP vendor support when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Next or similar reputed ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of business processes, accounting, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Certification in ERP Next or other ERP systems.
• Experience with cloud-based ERPs.
• Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS).
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
