leThe Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent and contributing to the company’s growt

Key Accountabilities/Main Responsibiliti
- es:Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and fill open positions using diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referra
- ls.Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural f
- it.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-u
- ps.Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a structured and engaging transition into the compa
- ny.Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and accessibili
- ty.Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and digital outrea
- ch.HR Operations Support: Assist with other HR-related tasks such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance as need

Required Qualifications and Ski
lls:Experience & Educat
- ion:3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitm
- ent.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi
eld.

- ills:Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techni
- ques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring mana
- gers.Ability to work independently and in a team to meet hiring g
- oals.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment t
- ools.Proficient in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to de
tail.
