Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our software solutions to healthcare providers in Pakistan through a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, setting meetings, and closing sales. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Cold call prospective clients and schedule meetings to demonstrate our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Present and promote our EMR, Telehealth, and HMIS products effectively to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-sales.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
