Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetic Expert / Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in skin treatments, facials, laser therapy, and other aesthetic procedures. They should be passionate about skincare, beauty, and client satisfaction, ensuring a premium experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin analysis and consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
• Provide aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Administer non-invasive procedures like Botox, fillers, and PRP (if certified).
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends and technologies.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:

• Certification/Diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and laser technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Licensing/certifications as per local regulations (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology.
• Knowledge of anti-aging and rejuvenation procedures.
• Sales skills for recommending skincare products and treatment packages.
