Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of TechSea. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and possess exceptional communication and analytical skills. As the CEO’s right hand, you will play a critical role in streamlining executive functions, managing daily operations, and optimizing productivity to ensure TechSea continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide top-notch executive support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and organizing events.
• Communication Management: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations, and maintaining clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Project Coordination: Assist with various projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, compile briefing documents, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for internal and external meetings.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement, streamline workflows, and help the CEO prioritize tasks for maximum impact.
• Tech-Savvy Operations: Leverage digital tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms) to support daily activities, manage data, and enhance collaboration.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by the CEO.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive company information and CEO communications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools to drive efficiency and organization, including experience with project management and collaboration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and think critically to provide solutions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
