We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our commercial team and help us expand our client base and revenue streams through strategic selling and relationship-building.

Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. You will drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives, promote hotel services and offerings, and help position Royalton Hotel as the top choice for events, corporate stays, and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate and event segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and travel partners
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and follow up on inquiries, leads, and negotiations
  • Conduct client meetings, hotel tours, and presentations to showcase offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless client servicing
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate regular sales reports
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and client databases accurately
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term repeat business

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales or business development (preferably in hospitality)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on client acquisition and retention
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
