- Intermediate/Pursuing Graudation
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
- Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
