Join our dynamic team as a Facebook Ads Expert. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that align with our clients' goals and deliver measurable results.

• Design, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to achieve objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Conduct thorough audience research to target specific demographics, behaviors, and interests.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Optimize campaigns by testing different ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive online strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and associated tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of other social media advertising platforms is a plus.
