Finance Executive

Job Brief:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for preparing and sending CAM (Common Area Maintenance) invoices to all residents and owners of the building. The role also involves monitoring CAM recoveries, tracking defaulters, preparing related reports, and coordinating with the Tech/CRM team for system enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue CAM invoices to all residents and owners through the CRM system.
• Ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of all CAM related bills.
• Maintain records of payments received and pending balances.
• Prepare and share periodic recovery and defaulter reports with management.
• Identify discrepancies or issues in the CAM billing process and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the Tech team for CRM-related developments, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support the finance team in reconciling CAM collections and reporting variances.
• Any other task assigned by the Line Manager & responsible for meeting monthly KPI’s

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience in accounts, billing, or property management.
• Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS Power Point.
