• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Companies Act and IFRS (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Manage statutory and IFRS audits including coordination with Big 4 auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Developing and managing annual budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing variances.
• Handle fixed assets accounting including depreciation posting and FA register preparation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis;
• Support tax assessments and audits, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
• Overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, intercompany transactions, treasury and taxation;
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring internal control systems to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Supervising and mentoring accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
