We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who has skills in financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, are essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, are also desired.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research using reliable sources
• Assist in crafting Business Plans and Financial Plans
• Perform financial forecasting and create financial models
• Generate reports on financial performance
• Analyze past results and perform variance analysis
• Learn from the accounting team to craft accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Establish and enforce cost analysis policies and procedures
• Analyze trends and forecasts and recommend optimization actions
• Analyze and interpret data for comparative analyses
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Maintain a strong foundation in financial analysis principles and practices

Qualifications

* Finance, Accounting and, Economics are preferred major fields

* Holds a certification in Excel or has studied an Excel course.

* 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst

* Strong quantitative and analytical competency

* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of Excel is a must.

* Should be tech-savvy

* Ability to learn new things

Salary: Rs 50,000.00 - Rs 70,000 per month.
