We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of First Line Support Engineer!

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of First Line Support Engineer!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support for partners and end customers regarding Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to the operation of M365 and Azure services.
- Assist in setting up accounts, connecting licenses, and recovering access to services.
- Submit and monitor technical support tickets with the manufacturer (Microsoft).
- Analyze and control open tickets in the Promise ticketing system.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct business-level conversations and build strong customer relationships.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English (B2) and Urdu (C1).
- Certifications: MS-900, AZ-900.
- Russian language skills.
