What You’ll Do

We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to strengthen our financial planning and analytical capability. This role blends finance, data, and commercial insight, connecting on-ground operations with business performance. You will play a key role in budgeting, cash flow visibility, pricing, and unit economics across verticals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and rolling plans across verticals.
• Analyze cash handling, working capital, and fund flow cycles across warehouses and licensees.
• Build and maintain unit economics models linking operational KPIs (acres, animals, SKUs) to financial results.
• Conduct pricing and margin analysis for B2B and B2C agri and dairy products.
• Pull, clean, and analyze data using Frappe Insights or SQL, creating simple dashboards for management.
• Work hand-in-hand with business and operations teams to monitor on-ground financial performance: including sales, costs, cash cycles, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare variance analyses and management packs, summarizing performance and insights.
• Contribute to CAPEX planning and investment analysis for new sites and verticals.
• Assist in preparing financial and performance updates for investors and leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, audit, analytics, or consulting (startup or FMCG exposure preferred).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; exposure to SQL or Frappe Insights a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial fundamentals: budgeting, working capital, P&L analysis, pricing dynamics, and balance sheet drivers.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Buying, Data, and Business teams.
