Data Support Executive

Data Support Executive will be responsible to make reports as per the requirements, do the audit on reports made by Reporting Officers, perform all on demand tasks, highlight weak areas of production, suggest methods for improvement, analyze the reports and share the trend of production. This person should have strong English communication skills, intellectual skills, be a quick learner, accuracy in production, proven ability to use Ms Office mainly Excel which require different dashboards and Complex reports. The energy, motivation and positive attitude to play an effective and important role in a dynamic, growing technology-based company.

Responsibilities

• To deliver all reports as assigned and meeting deadlines
• Random Audit on reports both internal and external.
• Analysis on MIS reports and suggest management the plan for improvement in production
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Random Audit on Operations reports and processes
• Highlight and neutralize weak areas and leakages to maximize outcome.
• Provides support to senior management in making decisions by analyzing core performance indicators.
• Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results.
• Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports.
• Create and present quality dashboards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience on management reporting and analysis/business development
• Education: Minimum bachelors, MBA (optional)
• MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
