Trainer Requirement
SGS Pakistan is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a 3-day classroom program on Ammonia System Operation & Maintenance. The trainer should have extensive hands-on experience in industrial ammonia systems, covering safe operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in refrigeration and process applications.

Trainer Requirement
SGS Pakistan is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a 3-day classroom program on Ammonia System Operation & Maintenance. The trainer should have extensive hands-on experience in industrial ammonia systems, covering safe operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in refrigeration and process applications.
Trainer Academic Qualification (Minimum)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Process Engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with ammonia systems in industrial refrigeration or process plants.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Ammonia system fundamentals, components, and thermodynamics
- Safety practices, SOPs, PTW systems, and emergency response
- Routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies
- Compressor maintenance, oil management, and corrosion control
- Troubleshooting common ammonia system issues
- Compliance with international safety and environmental standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO)
- Minimum 10 years industrial experience with at least 3 years in training delivery.
- Ability to provide practical examples, case studies, and interactive sessions.
