Eritheia Labs is looking to hire a Front Desk Officer. This position will be the first point of contact for visitors. Front Desk Officer will welcome guests & greet people who visit the business.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address staff complaints
- Manage and monitor day to day activities
- Responsible for overseeing and assigning clerical and administrative tasks.
- Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies.
- Managing files and recording information as needed
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them timely
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort, and forward emails and other messages.
- Monitor and document monthly grocery expenses of office.
- Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Assist HR team with interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Female with a Bachelors degee in any field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Calm and decent personality, and has a polite attitude towards everyone.
- Must possess planning and organizational skills and ability to multitask.
