Job Title: Functional Consultant — Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite at our Lahore office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Start: Immediate joiners preferred
Travel: Occasional, business-need basis only to client destinations outside Pakistan
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Accounting, Finance, and Production. You will be based at our Lahore office (onsite) and deliver for international (non-Pakistan-based) clients—covering discovery, solution design, implementation, UAT/go-live, and post-go-live support. Travel to client locations will occur only when required by the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and deploy D365 F&O modules: SCM, Project Accounting, Finance, Production
- Prepare fit–gap, FDDs, and test scripts; set up master data, workflows, security roles, and integrations
- Coordinate with technical teams on extensions and data migration
Requirements & Design
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations
- Raise/own change requests; ensure traceability from requirements to tests
UAT, Go-Live & Support
- Drive CRP/UAT cycles, defect triage, and resolution within agreed SLAs
- Provide hypercare/post-go-live support and root-cause analysis
- Maintain SOPs, configuration logs, and user guides
Process Optimization
- Map current vs. future state; recommend best practices for P2P, O2C, R2R, plan-to-produce, project-to-profit
- Define KPIs and reporting packs to enable continuous improvement
Training & Change
- Deliver role-based training to end-users and key users
- Support change management and adoption across business teams
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain/Operations or related field
Experience
- 2-4 years hands-on as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant
- Demonstrated implementations across SCM, Project Accounting, Finance, and Production
- Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and finance operations
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on with D365 configuration, security, workflows, and testing
- Comfortable working onsite in Lahore with time-zone flexibility for international stakeholders
- Fluent English
Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-330, MB-310)
- Exposure to international compliance (e.g., VAT) and multi-region operations
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps) and data migration
